What we need 🧩

We’re looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager - located in Cape Town or Johannesburg who can own our marketing efforts across Web3. Your mission will be to craft and execute the narrative of Linum Labs: telling our story in a way that resonates with partners, clients, and community. 

You’ll work closely with BD, SEO/SEM, and community teams to make sure our message is consistent, impactful, and strategic.

What You'll Be Doing 🛠️

• Define and drive Linum Labs’ marketing strategy and narrative.
• Craft engaging content across channels (social, blog, newsletters, campaigns).
• Collaborate with our community manager, BD team, and SEO/SEM leads to ensure alignment.
• Manage and grow community engagement, amplifying our voice in the Web3 space.
• Measure and report on marketing outcomes, iterating as needed.
• Support thought leadership efforts and represent Linum Labs’ brand in events and online spaces.

Skills ✨

Must have‍:

• Clear Web3 fluency — you know the space, culture, and trends.
• On-chain savvy and tapped into the pulse of Web3 – someone who follows Crypto Twitter and the broader Web3 conversation, and knows what’s shaping mindshare in the space.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience collaborating with community, SEO, and BD teams.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a remote-first team.

Nice to have:

• Growth marketing or analytics experience.
• PR or media relations background.
