Her journey from Web2 implementation to Web3 innovation reflects her passion for building high-impact teams and products. After stepping into Web3 through Linum Labs, she embraced the transformative potential of blockchain and has since led the company with clarity, transparency, and a strong strategic mindset.

Devon Krantz

Chief Operating Officer

Devon Krantz is an accomplished operations strategist and executive leader with nearly a decade of expertise in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies. As Chief Operating Officer at Linum Labs, she leads strategic execution, drives operational excellence, and fosters alignment across multidisciplinary teams and projects.

As Chairwoman of Linum Labs and founder of ETHCapeTown, Devon has led high-performing teams and played a key role in launching blockchain solutions across DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized protocols, contributing to over $7 billion in total value locked. Her work has accelerated Web3 adoption in emerging markets, and in 2024 she was honored with the Women in Web3 Africa Award. Devon remains focused on scaling innovation, building strong ecosystems, and advancing the future of decentralized technology.

Board Member & Advisor

Emi advocates decentralization and cryptocurrencies, with diverse experience from Ledger, Bancor, and more. Her background ranges from corporate finance to commodities, now focused on digital assets and startups. She excels in strategy for retail and institutional products, adept at identifying lasting business opportunities.
