Chantal is a finance-native operator with over two decades of experience building and strengthening the financial backbone of high-growth businesses. She joined Linum Labs in 2022, driven by a curiosity to understand how crypto will reshape the traditional finance world, building on her background and interest in how emerging technologies impact financial systems.
As CEO of Linum Labs, she brings that same discipline to the top of the business, leading with clarity and accountability and building a company that operates with control, structure, and dependable outcomes. She brings a grounded financial perspective to a fast-evolving industry, shaping how it's applied across the work we produce.
Jay Steyn
Jay Steyn is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of experience spanning fintech, SaaS, advertising, digital transformation, and emerging Web3 technologies. Having served in leadership roles including CTO and VP of Product Engineering, Jay has guided cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and QA specialists in delivering award-winning products for global brands.
At Linum Labs, Jay leads the company’s technical direction, unifying design, engineering, and emerging technologies in ways that create meaningful and scalable products. Known for his relentless curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, he thrives on testing the limits of modern technology while building high-performing teams and systems that can evolve alongside the industry. Passionate about developing people and advancing user experience through technology, Jay remains focused on ensuring innovation delivers measurable business and customer value.
Alexander Hilton
Alexander Hilton is a South Africa based Web3 professional and former lawyer who has spent the last four years immersed in the decentralised finance space. Drawing on his legal background, he brings an analytical, research driven approach to on-chain analysis, breaking down crypto projects and translating complex blockchain developments into accessible, educational content.

Devon Krantz
Devon Krantz is an accomplished operations strategist and executive leader with nearly a decade of expertise in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies. As Co-founder at Linum Labs, she lead strategic execution, drives operational excellence, and fosters alignment across multidisciplinary teams and projects.
As Chairwoman of Linum Labs and founder of ETHCapeTown, Devon has led high-performing teams and played a key role in launching blockchain solutions across DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized protocols, contributing to over $7 billion in total value locked. Her work has accelerated Web3 adoption in emerging markets, and in 2024 she was honored with the Women in Web3 Africa Award. Devon remains focused on scaling innovation, building strong ecosystems, and advancing the future of decentralized technology.
