🔍 What We’re Looking For

This role isn’t background support work. It’s core smart contract engineering on high-stakes, high-impact Web3 products. You’ll be fully embedded in our project team, working alongside product, design, and technical leads to ship features that actually move the needle.

We’re looking for someone who can contribute from day one—writing clean, secure, gas-optimized Solidity, owning architecture decisions, and collaborating across the stack to bring ambitious ideas to life.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing secure, gas-efficient smart contracts in Solidity
• Architecting clean, modular smart contract systems
• Collaborating cross-functionally to turn specs into shipped features
• Building and maintaining off-chain tools for testing and deployment
• Working async and independently, while staying aligned with a fast-moving team

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of Solidity experience, with production deployments
• History of integrating with AMMs and building lending protocols
• Proficient in Foundry (or comfortable ramping up quickly)
• Deep understanding of Ethereum smart contract design and security
• Experience shipping smart contracts to mainnet

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• Smart contract auditing experience
• Familiarity with Rust or other blockchain frameworks
• Experience with staking protocols, rollups, or governance mechanisms
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools: Slack, Notion, GitHub
