Must Have Skills
- 2–3+ years of sales or BD experience in the Web3 space —you know the landscape, the lingo, and the players.
- Clear understanding of how Web3 products work and how to sell them (you won’t be learning from scratch).
- Proven track record of closing deals in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or related tech verticals.
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle —from outreach to signed contract.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you can pitch on a call or in a DM).
- High ownership mindset —you track your pipeline like your own business.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Hunting and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in Web3, fintech, and startup ecosystems.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline that doesn’t just exist—it converts
- Pitching Linum’s services across our Premium Agency, Audit Division, and Venture Studio
- Managing outreach, calls, demos, and deal flow like a machine
- Working directly with the leadership team to keep momentum high and decisions fast.
- Owning the number—your KPIs will be clear, trackable, and tied to real rewards.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with smart contract audits, DeFi protocols, or blockchain infrastructure.
- Confidence with tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Drive.
- A touch of founder energy—you think beyond the quota.
