We're on the hunt for a Junior Project Manager to join our squad. You'll be the glue that holds our projects together, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.

Who you are 👀

You're good at organizing projects and communicating with the team and stakeholders. If a dynamic and upbeat work environment sounds like your cup of tea, you might just fit right in.

You should be cool with handling multiple aspects of a project and be a solid problem solver. Understanding how different project parts affect each other is your thing, and you’re not intimidated by complex systems.

What You'll Be Doing 🛠️

‍

In this role, you will support the project management team in delivering and managing new and ongoing projects. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting Project Managers with various tasks.
• Managing user story ticketing.
• Tracking tickets and projects to ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines.
• Helping scope projects and sprints.
• Ensuring all project processes are followed.
• Attending and summarizing client meetings and team syncs.
• Maintaining project management boards.

Skills ✨

‍

Must have‍

• 1 year+ experience in project management or a related role.
• High degree of self-motivation and systematic problem-solving ability.
• Quick learner adaptable to changing environments.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and highly organized nature.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with tools like GitHub, GitHub Projects, and Notion,
• Interest in open source and Web3 technologies.
• Experience in remote teams and startup environments.
• Background in software development.
• Scrum Master certifications.
