What you’ll be doing
As a technical project manager, you will be required to take integral roles in the creation and execution of our upcoming products as well as ensure all projects are running smoothly & on time with frequent communications to the development team and leadership.
- Ticketing user stories
- Tracking tickets and projects to ensure timelines and deadlines are on track
- Scoping projects and sprints
- Ensuring processes are met and all steps are followed in projects
- Communicating with project leads, product managers, & business development manager
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting in providing solutions, when required
- Coordinating the developer team to ensure they are both meeting their deadlines while avoiding burnout.
- Providing the necessary feedback to the Customer
- Attending client meetings; check-ins, posting summaries
- Attending weekly syncs; stand-ups, posting summaries
- Keeping project management boards up to date
- Comparing scoped times vs actual times; preparing reports accordingly
- Communicating with and advising management on how to optimize processes
- Deliver on-time and on-budget the implementation of client projects

Have to have
- High degree of self-motivation, pride in process ownership, systematic problem solving and process management skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate a high volume of complex projects effectively
- Technical project management experience managing developers
- Agile process understanding
- In depth understanding of team tools:
- Gitlab & Github
- Notion
- Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Pedantic attention to details
- Dynamic approach to management
